Why is tea SO Appealing?
Tea is not just a beverage; it’s a powerhouse of benefits waiting to be explored. From black tea to green tea, each type offers a unique set of advantages that can cater to various needs. Whether you’re looking for a caffeine boost or caffeine free tea, or just seeking relaxation, there’s a tea for every occasion.
Black tea, with its robust flavor and higher caffeine content, is perfect for mornings when you need an energy kick. On the other hand, green tea is renowned for its antioxidant properties and calming effects, making it an ideal choice for unwinding after a long day.

My husband and I were on a cruise vacation last week, and I noticed that a lot of the passengers were drinking Bigelow Mint Medley tea. I am a coffee drinker by nature, but since everyone was drinking Bigelow Mint Medley tea, including my husband, I had to give it a try. I did, and I LOVED it! It has an EXTRAORDINARY spearmint and peppermint tastes. Truly refreshing, and great for the digestive system (I needed it, I over ate during our cruise).
As a coffee enthusiast myself, I understand the allure of that rich aroma and bold flavor. But perhaps it’s time to embrace the diverse world of teas and discover how they can complement our daily routines in more ways than one.
Drinking tea has many health benefits. However, because some teas have high levels of caffeine, it should be taken in moderation.
