By opting for healthy office snacks, will get you through while it is time for lunch or dinner. Some prefer organic snacks over regular snacks. Some opt for sugar free, fruity snacks, dry fruits, or high in fiber snacks. Nuts are another source of protein.
I always enjoy to have a chicken salad and yogurt for lunch because I didn’t want to feel “tired” after lunch. If I had a heavy lunch, it would make it “tiring” to return back to work and complete my working day.
